Analyzer throughput is measured by feeding 1KB Wikipedia articles into the analyzer and measuring the tokens produced. The analyzers named "simple", "standard", and "en" correspond to the named analyzers provided with Bleve. The "edgeNGrams" and "shingles" analyzers are configured to match the ones from the Lucene nightly benchmark. As such, they use the "whitespace" tokenizer, which may not be realistic.
